- Resolution 09-01: A Resolution Regarding the Abolition of Two Percent Contributions of Government Employees to the Lake County Democratic Central Committee
- Resolution 09-02: A Resolution Regarding the Adoption of a Standing Endorsement of Certain Incumbent Office Holders
- Resolution 09-03: A Resolution Regarding the Adoption of a Premium Membership Program
- Resolution 09-04: A Resolution Regarding the Adoption of a Procedure for Pre-Caucus Organizational Meetings and Endorsements
